The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are agreed upon and a digital or physical contract will be signed, prior to any service or product being distributed. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Pricing is based on the size, condition, and specific requirements of the property, and may be hourly or flat rate as detailed in your quote or invoice. In Illinois, cleaning services are generally treated as taxable services; where applicable, sales tax will be added to your invoice and must be paid in full. Payment is due at the time of service or on the agreed billing date for commercial accounts; late or returned payments may result in late fees and suspension of service. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the FAQ's page.
Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability for both residential and commercial locations. You are responsible for providing safe access to the premises at the scheduled time (keys, codes, building access, alarm instructions). Missed access may be treated as a late cancellation. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 72 hours before the appointment; later changes may incur a cancellation fee of up to 15% of the scheduled service price. Any cancellations less than 24 hours or "same day lockouts" may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of scheduled service price.
We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
